Daniel Leibovic is a composer, pianist, and singer. His works explore his current interest in voice, lyrics, and non-western musical materials. He is particularly drawn toward Indonesian and Jewish musical elements, given his family connections to those heritages. Daniel is a Young Artist with DACAMERA and a Brown Fellow at the Shepherd School of Music. He received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Yale University in 2017, worked as a product manager at Microsoft and Palantir Technologies, and is now pursuing a Master of Music degree in Composition at Rice University.
