Update on 2020/2021 season

We have been working hard to develop plans for a re-imagined DACAMERA season that will keep our artists and audiences safe, while still allowing us to bring transformative musical experiences to the Houston community. We expect that this re-imagined 2020/21 season will include exciting outdoor concerts and virtual events in the fall, with the hope of returning to the concert hall in early 2021.
However, because of our current local crisis in which COVID-19 is hitting our community with greatly increased severity, we have decided it is best to delay any more definite announcement of our plans until later this summer. Our primary concern at this time is for the health of our extended community of audience, supporters, artists and staff; as well as all those who are working tirelessly to heal us and keep us safe. We will continually watch the situation and adapt our plans accordingly. There is no doubt that this will be a year in which flexibility will be asked of all of us, and we are enormously grateful to you for your support and your patience.
The power of music has never been felt more deeply nor needed more. We miss seeing you, and look forward to the time when we can gather again safely to share the music that we love. Until then, we hope that our Home Deliveries will bring music into your lives and continue to keep us connected.
