DACAMERA presents a free summer series at the Harris County Public Libraries!
The DDC World Percussion Workshop offers children and families a hands-on music experience that explores rhythm, history, art, and culture.
The participants will have a hands-on experience with African drums, hand-held percussion instruments along with shakers and bells. Founder & President of the Dinky Drum Company, LLC (DDC) Mr. Samuel Dinkins, III leads a Percussion Duo and all the attendees on a musical journey that includes drumming, rhythm, singing, movement and fun activities. DDC provides enough Drum & Percussion Instruments for up to 25 – 30 participants at a time.
